However, cancellations must be submitted at least one billing cycle prior.
Delivery includes assembly and print/scan setup (up to 3 computers) if a network connection is available.
For out of city/state purchases we do not setup the copier - we advise to contact a local copier or IT company.
We will do our best to assist over email any basic questions
User guides and utilities are also available online which we can provide if requested.
Typically our processing & handling time is 2-3 business days.
If any security concerns regarding payment are required there may be a delay until we verify customer information.
