Our policy varies depending on the product. Copiers have a strict NO RETURN policy due to the nature of the product. Exception to this policy is if copier damage has occurred during shipment - BUT damage must be reported on the Bill of Lading upon delivery in order for us to file a damage claim. If no damage is reported you forfeit your right to return and ask for a refund. Although we do our best to pack and stabilize the copier for transport, unfortunate circumstances may occur and it is very important to inspect upon delivery.
Parts & Accessories have a 7-day return policy starting upon delivery. The item must be unopened and in its original package to qualify for a return. Buyer pays return shipping.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
